About the order process
1.Quotation:send me an email to get a quotation,email address:lyxuheng@126.com.
2.Make samples:samples need sample fee, the samples fee can be deducted from the purchase price of the order.
3.Payment term: T/T,(30% as deposit, and 70% against copy of B/L).
4.Make production:after received 30% deposit and we have your final approval for your products,we will make production.
5.Delivery time:normally within 40 days after samples confirmation.It depends on product and order qty.
6.Packaging:shipping marks and labels according to the requirements of the buyer.
7.MOQ:normally MOQ:500pcs for each item,the MOQ should be based on the product.
8.FOB:Qingdao port.,place of dispatch:Linyi city.
9.Orders can not be canceled after productions starts,the cancellation fee will be borne by the buyer if insist.That's very important for us.Avoid loss,please place orders carefully.
About The Production Process Of Goods
1.Production:Cut the material to the required length to produce,after the frame is finished, assembled with the glass and back plate.If a dyed product needs to be dyed first,and then dried and assembled,usually dried by the sun.
2.Quality testing:We will check every item before packing,pick out the bad products and fix them,make sure every product is good.
3.Packing:Products are usually need bar codes and then packed in bubble bags and then put into an inner box, and multiple products into an outer box.Bar code, inner box, outer carton marks design can be according to customer.
4.Shipment:Usually shipped from the port of Qingdao,can also be sent to other cities,like yiwu,shanghai and ningbo...ship with other goods.
